Post size for SG2100 motor

How big of a post/mast can the SG2100 take to mount to it?

I have a tripod that is bolted to my deck and I'm going to put a fencepost/mast in that and attempt to mount a motroized setup to it. But what size will the SG2100 accept (now I'm not talking on the dish side, I'm talking the bolt side

2 inch?
2 1/2 inch?

I use 2" but can go much bigger!

Mine is on a 2" , had it on a 2.5" at one time, still room for more. The square u bolt legs are 3" + apart

Mine is mounted on a 2 3/8" NPRM, and it's rock steady. The larger the post, the better it seems...
