Poor Quality on 2nd (SD) TV

I have had HD on 1 TV (family room) and SD on another TV (bedroom) for over 2.5 years with cable. I just had Dish installed on Friday. The TV with HD is better than ever... no question a better picture than cable. However the quality on the SD TV is really poor, almost unbearable to watch. (It's that obvious but I only saw 1 channel while it was being installed and did not check the other channels while the tech was here.)

Any ideas? I plan to call Dish cust svc tomorrow.

Make sure tv2 out air/cable matches TV
Menu > 6 >1 >5

You can try setting TV2 out to a lower or different channel, that may help

How many feet between box and TV2 and is TV2 out going directly or backfed through a diplexer
