I have a few 30” to 1m size dishes and Ku LNBs and I would like to motorize a dish to track a useable part of the satellite arc. I see cheap motors that will do this, but there is no provision to rotate the feed for proper cross pol. What is available for Ku FTA that will do all this at a reasonable cost?

When using a motorized system the skew is set to "0" on the true south satellite, then the dish auto-skews as it tilts and follows the Clarke Belt.

Aaah, didn’t notice the skew function on the unit I was looking at. Can anyone recommend a motor that will handle up to a 1m dish that is compatible with DiSEqC 1.2? One of my receivers is a Samsonic BS-8100.
Thanks!

The crook or bend in the dish arm is what compensates for skew .
