PocketDish Problem

I have a 7 Inch PocketDish, and I havent used it in awhile (but the kids have), I went to use it tonight, it powers up and you can see the screen, however it is not backlit.

I remember having this issue before and I had to press a certain key combination or holding a button to get it back on, but I can't remember what it is, can anyone help?

That's what I remember... holding the power button for 10 or 15 seconds causes the Pocket Dish to do a reboot and reset.

I have experienced the same issue with an AV500. Tech support at pocket dish recommended I update the firmware of the unit.
