Please insert access card

I've trying to tune into the Arkansas feeds on Echostar 110, but I keep getting a message to insert access card. I have a Vistar 2000 receiver,and would like to know if anyone out there has been able to view these channels. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are still pointed to 110W try getting the election channel. It has 6 channels that look like pic-in-pic. Switch lang to get different audios. Not sure if it still up tho? Otherwise try 119 W or 91 W and listen to music and CBC radio.
