To repeat what was said before (but perhaps unclearly)... When in DVR, you will see a menu tab along the top that says "Living Room", or whatever/wherever you have designated for the Hopper name. Click THAT, then you should see your EHDs.

I am having no luck getting a customers Hopper Sling to acknowledge EHD Western Digital 1Tb with 270 recordings from a vip 622. It has now been 5 days since activation. A DIRT member pushed authorization last night Day 4 and still no luck this morning. Gives the 866 error that the EHD is associated with another account. We are all stuck now. Any insights appreciated

Did you hook it up to the new receiver right when you got it or after it was active and pushing video? You might be stuck. I would unplug it for a day or two and then reconnect and see if it corrects itself. If not, have another authorization hit sent at that time.
