Please help: pay per view dialing

Hi.
I've been researching this issue for a while with no success. The problem is that I can't find any option in my receiver in which I could change the dialing prefix for the pay per view toll free call. I need to modify this because I have a PBX system and I need to dial a prefix to get an outside line.

My equipment is a Mitsubishi HD receiver (SR-HD5). I've already checked the manual and there's nothing related. FAQ's on Directv are no help either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Also try calling DirecTV's tech department or even the tech department of Mitsubishi. I think it is called the service menu option and it is NOT in the manual but you need hold down a specific key combination on the receiver's front panel. If I rememeber the old days my Sony was MENU & DOWN ARROW.
