I would like for a Dish Tech to approach the engineering people wherever they make hoppers happen, and ask them, for me, to increase the width of the blue border that indicates which program is highlighted and shortly to be sent out of trash.

I am hardly ever able to see which program is highlighted without all sorts of gymnastics to make sure that I have the correct one highlighted. I tried complaining to a rep on the phone a long time ago. I just never followed up until tonight. Make the dang thing more prominent.

Please!

I’m not exactly sure. I understand this, but I’m going to guess you have your appearance set to classic instead of modern where everything is black and the highlights are red and much easier to see. If that’s the case, go to settings, appearance, change your menus to modern

NO.

Make the blue line thicker!

It's not going to happen. Almost all of the people using the Hoppers and Wally use the Modern Black menus which are significantly easier to see. Because a very small handful has an issue with the thickness of a line, it will never be addressed. Never.
Can you tell me why you are so certain?
