Pixelation when changing Channels ?

Hi all, i got voom last Fri. & i have noticed when i change channels up or down i see pixelation for a sec or 2, it seems to be worse on upper channels like HBO,Max,Showtime etc.. is this just the way it is or do i have a problem? it does it on all 4 of my stbs...i got the 568 update with a 96 siginal..

I've only had Voom for a day now, but mine does the same thing. So I assume that it is just like that. My digital cable box, which I'll be cancelling soon, does a similar thing when changing digital channels.

The reason this happens is because the channels change so fast now that it takes a second or two for the channel to come in.This seems to happen alot more now since the software updates.I think this is normal because alot of people report the same thing.
