Pixelation on HBO

Has anyone noticed the horrible pixelation on HBO. It makes everything look like it is dragging. You can really notice in dark scenes.
 
well my girlfriend just got the HBO pack and i noticed how grainy the picture looked on her's too. i am just glad i have not gone crazy.
