N nogard Member Original poster May 16, 2006 7 0 Aug 21, 2010 #1 I called insight too many times and they come out and the darn thing never gets fixed right. I have a Motorola dct 6416 III. Anyone know of the reason why this is happening? OH I forgot to mention that it only happens when it rains.
