Pittsburgh HD Locals - Direct Launches...

Just noticed that DTV launched Pittsburgh locals - can I take that as a good sign that Dish may be following shortly? I thought I read that there were negotiations that had to take place between sat cos and locals and I guess I'm looking for any good news I can find...
