You really should learn to use the manual exposure modes. You will have significantly more control over your photos, which in the end, will help you produce better pics. Also, in the manual modes, you can shoot in RAW, so almost no matter how you mess it up, you can fix it in PhotoShop.dodge said:I like the digital rebel so far except I still cant get it to focus and zoom correctly in full auto mode.

With any new Canon body, I can use just about any lens built in the last 20+ years. So, no matter what glas I buy, I know I can always upgrade the body. Also, the Canon does a MUCH better job at high ISO settings than the Nikon does.
