Phone Wireless Repeater?

Could someone tell me what the wirless device is called that is used to plug a receiver into your phone line when there is no phone line to the receiver's location?

The Phonex PX441/442 is the only Dish approved wireless extension system. RCA markets this product as the RC930. Don't waste time & money on the inferior RC926.

Dang most any wireless phone adapter will work.

From what I understand some are not "Caller ID" capable. Meaning if you have a caller ID box and want it to display it may not work with some extenders.
