I've tried searches but most of the threads were a couple years old.

I am closing a business and Comcast is charging me $2,700 to disconnect. Basically fed up with Comcast and want to drop residence as well now. Currently have "Triple Play" so will need phone & internet as well.

Verizon/FiOS is not available yet in my neighborhhod (NW suburbs of Philly) and looking for an option(s) for TV that will include Comcast Sports Network for Phillies and Flyers in HD.

Was looking at Verizon bundle that includes DirectTV but can't find a direct answer as to whether or not I can get Phillies games, especially since I'm in the "blackout" zone.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!!! Ken

Your definetly not going to get them on Satellite.NO CSN as a RSN for the Philly area on D or E.And if you did get satellite and sports subscriptions, the other team's feed would be blacked out in Philadelphia because CSN would have the local broadcast rights.I am a big Flyers fan and would love to get CSN full time on D.But it isn't happening anytime soon on satellite.
My brother lives out in Chester County and he wanted to get away from Comcast too.He waited for FIOS and then made the change. He's very happy with it.I hope it gets to your area soon.

On a side note...we did get the My Phi 17 feed for the Phils/Mets game last night, the picture wasn't nearly as good as the Mets feed so i had to watch and listen too Hernandez etc....Mets homers....oh well, time for a Tastykake.
