I tried a web search, using two search engines, and still don't know what that is.
Similar Philips models seem to be DirecTV receivers.
And on other sites, I found reference to yours being DirecTV, too.
If that's what it is for, then no, it's of no use that I can think of for any FTA reception.
What was it originally for, where did you get it, how old is it, and all that?
