Philips 42PFL7432D Ambilight ???

I just bought this TV,Its comming Thursday. I've seen 3 bad reveiws out of 75,Cnet Editors only gave it a 6.9 rating, but out of 56 customers reveiws,the average score was a 9. Best Buy 4.7 out of 5,and Circut City,4.3 out of 5. So Most customers are happy with this TV, But in 1 review some said they had a problem with HDMI and Directv HD receivers,and Dishnetwork receivers. It said these could only be connect it Via Component. Can Anyone else confirm this.? This was one main reason for buying this tv,because 3 HDMI plugs. I finally found a Tv that 90% of its customers love ,and now I got to worry about this. TV is for my Game Room ,so its real important,that this works for me!

Well just an update, Got Tv Today, and works perfect. With Directv and Dishnetwork.
