Academy Award winner Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead in his New York City apartment on Sunday. He was 46. The New York City Police Department have confirmed to "The Insider With Yahoo" that the actor was found dead at 12 p.m. ET in his apartment in the West Village of New York City.
The cause of death is still unknown at this point, however the police confirm to "The Insider With Yahoo" that he may have died of a suspected overdose, as he was found with a needle in his arm.
