why is it on 61.5 and not 119 or 110 ?

Good question. It and Classic Arts are two public interest channels that I acutally watch.

I have e-mailed Dish and asked them to move both to one of the main sats.

The NASA channel was also on the 61.5* bird for years until they moved it.

Wont move it until there is alot more interest for it and alot more people bug them to move it, heck I didnt even know there was such a channel.
