PBS on weak transponders on AMC3?

Stuck an LNB at 83W to see what kind of Q I could get. My Viewsat reported a Q of 24% on 12140 V 30000. To put things in perspective my Viewsat reports 33% on 11720 V 27692. This still isn't as good as it was in the past, and my secondary reflector is crusted up with 1/4" hardened snow but still I'm still getting TV on G10R without problems. But then the Viewsat reports a Q of 62% on 11905 V 4352 on G10R.

I want to tweak the dish some but it's 3F outside with only a 10MPH wind and my bare fingers don't like it one bit. Might have to live with this for a bit until things warm up or just put up working on it with gloves on.

Realigned the dish yesterday. Not only did I fix the AMC3 reception issue but by using 105 degrees as my center instead of 103 I was able to squeeze in White Springs TV too, and all sats are getting better reception now.
