Are they sending in 16:9 or just 4:3 in 480i format? At the same time my local station KNMD-DT in Albuquerque is still sending in 4:3 480i format.

Because I know on KU FTA do send in 16:9 format.

That's what I like. OETA in Oklahoma is sending Create in 16x9
