Pay more for premium with 2 recievers?

Hi I wanted to order the HBO package, but does it cost extra if your using two recievers? I ask because thats how it works when you order americas top 60 or those other programs.

No, you only pay once for more than one receiver. Mostly 5 bucks with the exception of some DVR/PVRs which are another 5 bucks.
