Pause

  • Server Issues.

We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.

Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

Thank you for your patience! Sorry for the issue!

I get the ads but I don't have the handshake issues.
I think the Ads in pause are just a dumb idea, anything to piss the Sub off.
I have hit Pause, gone to do whatever i needed to do, come back to resume and think the thing went back to the channel as video was moving, till I realized it was the Pause commercial.

I haven't had any of the hand shake issues though.

It had work fine this round (June 10) till last nite.
was kinda guessing at the handshake. I'll check the analog next time it goes astray.

When they were testing with landscapes it was ok. but yet them getting $$ not from me whatever.

Btw, you know you don't get that if your not having the internet connected, right ?
