PAS9 from San Diego, Ca.

Has anybody been able to receive any programming from PAS9 from Southern California? Do I have to have a Universal LNBF to receive anything from it?

Although some people say that you can have success with a Good standard LNB the only way I can pick up Cubavisión Internacional is with a Universal LNBF!
