Anyone know anything about Pas3r @ 43.1.....Is it freeair??....What do I need?...Can I get it in THe U.S.Richmond VA?...I have now a dish500 a DTV dish and a pansat2500a Rec.....Can someone help me out?

I can get P3 well not really because my house is in the way, though the only FTA channels that beam into North America are the C-band feeds, so you will need a 10' or 12' dish.
