Partial Recordings

Any one else having trouble with X1 creating partial recordings. I have had the service for a little over a week and it has happened 5 or 6 times already. It is very frustrating and the system doesn't like to play back those partial recordings. It is very strange. I have chatted with tech support a couple of times and they haven't provided much help. I have tried resetting the box and making sure all cables are tight. Anyone else seeing this?

If you ever need it the executive team can be reached by emailing: comcast_cares@comcast.com When you email them contain as much information about the problem you can, and make sure to include :
Your Name
Address
Telephone #
Account #

They will contact you, so if you want a call at another number make sure to tell them, and you can also include the time of day best to call. I would start with X1 Direct Line first.
