Awww, now you're just taunting me!

Once, when I was in Florida, I found I could send a big box of household goods (with a 20" TV inside) back to California via Greyhound bus lines, cheaper than any other way.
Surprised the heck out of me!

PM sent.

Those DirectWay mounts are great when grafted to a Primestar (or anything else).

Bay Area, huh? That's a day's drive from Los Angeles, so I thank you but will have to decline.
Maybe RV1pop will drift by on his next big trip. I'm sure he could use the dishes... or at least the mounts.
Thanks anyway. - :up

Gas just came down to $4/gallon. . . .
Hey, the BA is not too far out of the way. Been there. Grab a trailer and run on up. In the big MH I get about 6 MPG - diesel - the little one about 10 MPG on regular. If you were driving a regular MH towing a trailer, you could make it on less than 80 gallons of fuel!
I will have to reread the thread and see what you want me to stop and pick up. However my next scheduled trip that way is July....

rv1pop -

heh, thanks. -
We're currently in negotiations as I type.
I think a bus will be the solution.

With the current cost of fuel, I just took note of something funny.
I made a DVD for a friend, the other day.
Probably 25¢ to 50¢, at most.
Then, I spent $2 driving it over and dropping it off six miles away (just across town).
Kinda makes ya appreciate the venerable Mail Man, huh?
