Perhaps Dish is cutting costs by letting the guys that program Dish receivers run their computer systems... We all know how well they do with the receivers, lol...
I got a bill in the mail today too. I've been on paperless for ages. Guess they will fix it eventually. Won't worry about it unless they try to charge me more.
Few weeks back after chatting to see how much hopper upgrade would cost I got an email right after saying paperless got turned off but so far nothing seems to have changed with autopay working the same.
