Are you the first CSR I dealt with?

I don't understand the question?

I've been paying by year for....well....years.

I thought about the auto-pay thing, since I still get a bill every month for my superstation package.

I checked into autopay, but the small print on the page....(which I posted here), looks like it would cost me to change.

I though paperless billing and auto-pay where the same thing, so that is why I posted to this thread.

The CSR thought the same thingbut they are two entirely different things. Paperless billing involves nit receiving a paper bill but being notiied by email. Credit Card auto pay is a way to pay your bill.

Didn't even realize this was an option. I never even lok at my paper bill, so I just signed up. One less envelope to chuck!

However, I do agree that the consumer should have the choice.
