Pansat 2700A with a hh90 motor help needed

My system is a Pansat 2700A with a hh90 motor. I assembled the dish .. yet to mount it. Once i mount the dish what I need to do to setup the receiver and the dish. Does the receiver need to be connected to the tv and dish and computer all at once to install the program on it. Im kinda new and lost at this.
Require really detailed step by step instructions on this. Like Satillite setup for dummies. I have setup my star choice dish but that was really simple comparied to all of this.

actually have it all setup. Except, the specific alignment is off. have all up and running except the signal strength ... level is 77% but the quality is 0%
Havent got a clue.. i flashed the pansat 2700a and have the channel lists on there too. Lost.

Any help would be great. not sure what the settings need to be for some of it
switches and all. Oh well.
