Pansat 2700a digital satellite receiver

I just bought a Pansat 2700a digital satellite receiver and cant figure out how to set it up so it will work, or if it is ready to go as it is. I have it connected to a old direct tv satellite which has three lnb's. I cant get qualety abave 0%, what does that mean. I would apprisiate any information you can give me thank you

It is going to be very hard to work with a DirecTV Triple LNB and because they are circular the only FTA channel you will pick up is going to be NASA. For FTA you need to have at least a 36" dish and a linear LNB.
