I need help with my first full FTA project. Using a Primestar pointed at I5 97W, DiSEqC 4x1 switch to combine H as LNB1 and V as LNB3. I have horizontal working properly. Need to add a new satellite to do the V. If I choose Add TP/Satellite and choose new, it ask for Downlink Freq etc.... What do I do? Do I have to look at the existing I5 and copy down all transponder information and type it back in for the new Satellite, or is there an easier way?

Please help. I am so close to have my first real project working. Then to complete my first project, going to edit the channels in Channel Master. <grin>

Thanks

Just add a new satellite or rename one that you can’t see

If you need to add a transponder, you can copy a vertical one or just make up one. I usually use 12000 V 4000 :)

Go into the antenna setup and change the LNB LO to 10750 (same as the existing IA5 setup) and select the right Diseqc port….just do a blind scan on V only. Let the machine get the transponders :D

Yep. Just figured it out. Basically, did what you said. Just put in one transponder and did a Blindscan.

I am almost done with my first project. Next is to use Channel Master, delete out all duplicates caused by Pansat Blindscan, and then move the channels around like I want putting all Christian and the rest of the English stations at the beginning. Then I will be done. This is so much fun! I definitely have the BUG! In another week or so, I will post my BIG project, I have to take a picture of it, cause you won't believe what I have gotten myself into.

Thanks.....
