I set up my vbox yesterday to work with my Pansat 2700a. I have a small problem, i cant seem to get the pansat to "nudge" my BUD. In the antenna setup screen i select diseqc 1.2 and then program in a satellite. When i attempt to hit the east (or west) button to "nudge" the dish the dish keeps moving until i press the east button again. Sometimes it takes several counts before i can get the dish to stop. Am i doing something wrong or is this normal behaviour?

Sikma,
If you are in an unused sat postion, then how can you nudge for best reception then save the position? If i try that with mine, when i go back into the sat i am trying to "nudge", it will just change back to that sats defined position.

It seems i just cant get this darn thing to nudge, i tried everything i could think of last night and no-go. If i am real quick on the remote i can get it to move in approx 8 count increments, but that makes it kind of tricky to get the highest s.q. on some of the weaker TP's. For example using my Drake 1724 to move my dish i can get ~ 70 % s.q. on The Tube, but moving my dish with the pansat/vbox combo i can only get it close enough to get ~45% s.q. And its not the Vboxs fault, its because i cant get the pansat to tell the Vbox to stop moving the dish quick enough.

Iceberg, how does the 3500 do for "nudging"?
