Palladia problems?

Tried to turn it on to check this channel out (the old MHD). First it was showing me a frozen "local on the 8s" weather channel screen. Now its a grey screen, with some scratchy in and out sound . Cant tell what its saying either by the sound.

Anyone else having this problem

Was it doing the same on E* ? I only just looked about 1 hour ago, but it seemed fine on there. But again I didn't notice yesterday morning.
