Will the Pace 5268AC residential gateway work in all UVerse locations?

My mom has a first gen UVerse 2Wire RG when she got UVerse years ago and I want her to have the latest and greatest since she's forced into leasing vs buying her modem.

Answer is yes. All swapped out. Download speed doubled. Upload remained the same. No change in service either.
