P.O. Box?

What kind of address? If you're talking about a physical address no they will not accept a P.O. Box as a physical address. They will accept it as a billing address of course though.

A lot of people do not have a physical address in the country. Some 911 offices have issued a 911 address for you or will issue you one if you call them. That is what they have done in my area to anyone that requests one or moves. They are issued the 911 address.
