I've read over posts until my head spins. Every csr gives me a different story. Do I have the math right on this?

Current setup:
Owned 811 (had for three years)
AT100+ and locals (39.99)
Old Dish HDPack (9.99)
Phone line connected

Proposed setup via Dish'n It Up lease program:
Leased 622 (149.99 up front) - with phone line
Rebate after 7/11/07 $100 PLUS $10 per month for 10 months
Should qualify for both as I will be new to the $20 HD Package

AT100+ and locals (39.99)
HD Package (20.00)
DVR fee (6.00)
No lease fee as the 622 will be my only receiver
Phone line connected

The issues with the most conflicting answers:
1) rebate - do I qualify for the full $200
2) install - will the install and a Dish 1000 be included in the upgrade (need sats 110, 119, 129)
3) lease fee - per some previous threads, the lease fee should not apply for the first receiver, at least under the latest offer

Thanks in advance for your input on one or more of these issues! Other recommendations on an upgrade path are also welcome.

Thanks, but I'm not worried about what to do with the 811.

My original post was probably a little long. Really just looking for answers to the three issues in the last paragraph. The rest was just to clarify my situation.

1. I believe the $200 rebate is for new customers. Current customers get a $100 programming credit.

2. Correct dish is included with installation.

3. Primary receiver is without lease fee.
