Outdoor Plasma Display?

I have a nightclub in northeast Ohio that would like to put a plasma display on the outside of the building to use as a sign/attention getter. What would be the easiest way to acomplish this be? Some type of weather resistant case or what? Has anyone ever done something like this and if so what tips do you have? Thanks in advance...

Lamar Advertising has recently put up a lot of outdoor billboards around here that appear to be HUGE flat displays of some kind. I would love to have one of those in my house!

Maybe something like what they use is what you're looking for.
