Outage due to sun

I just experienced a 3 minute outage on 110. I am thinking that this is the time of the year where the sun blocks the signal.

technically the sun is not blocking the signal but more or less overwhelming it.

Sand the paint off your dish and polish it to a mirror finish and it would probably melt your lnb this time of year.
