OTA without Sat Signal

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find a thread with the answer, but my question is: If my satellite signal is unavailable, is there an override to access the OTA HD signal on a 811 receiver?

No...The 811 must have active visability to the PID stream for the 8VSB tuner to be active...Although you do not need to have an active account to do this....Though it is rumored this will be kabashed in the future so that it will not work period without an active Dishnetwork subscription.
