How strong of a signal does the 622's OTA tuner require to hold a HD channel. I am getting break-up of signal at 68-70% on NBC NY. This is happening with a replacement unit (HDMI Failed) received last Thursday and never happened with the old one.

You probably need to post this in the OTA forum. I have a 622 and if signal drops in the 60's it gives me problems. I got a better antenna and it solved the problem.
Or maybe try a preamp and booster. Another 5 to 10 points higher will alieviate most of your problems.
