OTA reception on 622 HD DVR

Is it true that you can not get OTA on TV set 2 ? If so then can you use an old VOOM receiver for an OTA tuner on set 2?? It would have to be hooked up to the HDDVR 622 since SET 2 is an old analog TV. I can now receive 9 HD OTA channels which make up the majority of HD programing we watch.

Somewhat true. In single mode, you can watch OTA on tv2. In dual mode, no: but you can record it on tv1 and watch via dvr on tv2.

You cannot hook the Voom receiver as 622 does not allow pass through. If the tv2 only has one coax input, wire an a/b switch into the rf input for tv2.
