Now that my local WB station is broadcasting, how do I get Voom to add the channel to the program guide?

Rant, rave, kick, scream, threaten, call, e-mail for about a month and they might think about adding a channel.

I'm serious, it's like talking to a brick wall!

Try reading the VOOM OTA Mapping Problems thread, you'll see your not alone. I have the wrong local channel map to begin with so I have no locals and they have known it since my activation

be patient, the new update will feature ota scanning and you will be able to add it yourself
