OTA module, New Hopper 2 W/Sling. (Issues)

I wish the sales rep would have described that to me and i might chosen the Hopper 3. If i can rein in the little woman and the daughter maybe we can live with the Hopper 2. I just want to record my westerns and old shows.

With a Hopper 2 you can add a SuperJoey which will give you 2 more tuners. The SuperJoey is $10 a month instead of $7 like a regular Joey.

Talking about the Hopper 3, would i have to have dish back out? Do they have to add another dish? What more is involved?

A Hopper 3 uses a 1000.2 eastern or western arc dish which is probably what you have, but it needs a special Hybrid LNB.

Monthly yes. It might be more up front though.

I'm talking about the ota screen in the hopper system. It will let you choose the channels that the scan picked up and highlight them in the move to guide screen. It doesn't work. It won't save them and there is no save button.

Just make a Favorites Channel list and you can include whatever channels you want to show up in the guide.
