OTA help! 4-1 alternates 49 and 81

Anyone seen this?

It is alternating in the channel install menu test (UHF 30) between 49 and 81, nothing in between, just 49 and 81

Receiver says 'No signal on 4-1. Try later'. It was coming in just fine this afternoon!

My Cable 4-1 is fine (HD Comcast).

How is this new ota stuff supposed to take over if someone 9 miles from BOSTON cannot get a clear signal on a local CBS affiliate?

Even more wierd

I moved my antenna 10 degrees, now I get flat 35 on the meter, but the station comes in.

I guess I am seeing the wierd anomolies everyone is reporting in ota reception?
