Do you have a contact person who fixed the guide? Or was it fixed by this thread?

14230 - KSTC2 [EPG] added to EchoStar10 110W TP 04 Spotbeam 28 (OTA EPG:Minneapolis, MN)(NA)
I wonder how many technical support folks blame this issue on the TV stations too ?...there'd be a lot of technical support folks out of a job.
Not likely to happen. A DIRT rep mentioned that Dish no longer supports this.If they had the appropriate technical support monitoring this thread, it would be nice.

I will forward this information off to the appropriate department to see what can be done. As soon as I get any information on this issue, I will be sure and update you. If you have not heard anything from me in about 10 business days please email me again so that I may revisit this again.

My last contact with them was November 2011. (I started using this email address before Dish and Echostar became separate companies but the address still works none-the-less.)
There have been four separate occasions that I have used this contact concerning OTA EPG info and each time gotten satisfaction. Some times it takes several months although once it was resolved in a matter of days. Here is the response I received from my most recent November 2011 request for WMUR 9.2 ME-TV:
I did have to email a second time as per request in this last case.
Oh...how nice it would be if the simple posting of a thread would automatically fix an issue. But, there'd be a lot of technical support folks out of a job.
The folks from DIRT don't run the company. Someone ABOVE them made a decision regarding this. I guess they could go against policy and get fired..... Would that make you happy ?I thought that was the whole point of this thread. If only DIRT would do what they originally promised when the thread was started.
