Nah thawed & uncooked... they come out really good with a smoked taste (I put them in my microwave to set for a spell, now it smells like smoke). and they have some heat to them.
The Plan:
3 lbs Tyson Hot & Spicy Chicken Wing Pieces
(bottom grill)
4 lbs Tyson Chicken Wing Pieces
(dipped in milk then breaded with flour, buttermilk
pancake mix with generous amount of my rub on middle &
top grill)
About a cup of water with about 5oz Original Coors in drip pan

The Plan:
4lbs Tyson Chicken Wing parts on middle rack
Poured about 1/3 Kraft's honey smoke bbq sauce and a little GV spicy mustard in bag
added generous amount of rub and let set for a few hours in the fridge.
4 oz Water in drip pan
