Ordering from Canadian dealer issue ?

Can kusat really send equipment to USA? My system has been stuck in US customs for about 2 days. The tracking message from UPS web site is:

"ADDITIONAL CLEARING AGENCY INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR CLEARANCE"

Appreciate any advice here

I got my system (s) for KUSAT and both of them said that. Since they send them UPS, Customs stops it at the border. Everything is labelled on it correctly and you'll get it in no time (mine was usually a week from the day they confirmed order)

UPS does this so that customers think that UPS actually does something to earn that brokerage fee. Funny how USPS never does that with parcels originating from Canada Post.

exactly as you said. One week after I ordered, it was at my door. I gave the system info to the broker yesterday. Do you know how long she takes to activate the system? she only told me she would email me when to expect the channels... I thought that would be a thing of a few minutes .. anyway, so far so good.. can't wait to start seeing real HDTV
