I always buy from Crutchfield because they have a great return policy and I don't have to pay sales tax in New York.

I've never had a problem with Crutchfield either. However, they do charge B&M prices and you can generally do better with other stores. I guess NY might be a special case as many of the discounters are based there and would be subject to that sales tax.

I've used Projector People a few times with great success. Vann's and even Philips outlet were flawless also.

Not to go off topic but now I no longer have to pay sales tax on Newegg. Glad because I use to buy from them all the time.
