order ID blank line

Hi, I get a screen where "Order ID" is requested, don't know what to do, can't watch anything , I just can see 3 screens. The receiver is brand new, the access card is activated, I re-sent the authorization of the activation, the antenna has good reception..

If someone can help I would really appreciate..

Just a guess here. but this number might be what you can find if you sign on to your DirecTV online account. Of course, you have to have one. :) If you don't, then create one.

Third picture is the key, dont worry about order id.

You need to activate this receiver or resend authorization. Basically this receiver hasn't been activated, most likely what happened you activated and it downloaded software or got reset, and needs to be rehit with authorization.

Try that and update us.

edit: you need to make sure you select the correct dish setup here, otherwise you will get errors.
 
Thank you, it's on and working just fine, it was basically just to confirm again the authorization calling Directv at the same time the receiver was on in the last screen, quickly it started to loading and bingo.
